“We do not see things as they are. We see them as we are”.
~ The Talmud ~
This chapter is really going to rock your world!!! The rare and radical wisdom that we are about to uncover will have you looking at life, from the highest vantage point possible. You are about to be made aware of the root reason why some people seem to have all the luck and why most people have a hard time, keeping their head above water. If turning your luck around and increasing the quality of your life is important to you, then you will especially enjoy these extraordinary insights.
The best way to ease into this powerful principle would be to share a story with you that changed my life and left a lasting impression on me.
A peaceful man, in his mid-sixties, was sitting on a park bench and soaking up the soothing sun light. He opened his eyes, when he sensed that someone was walking toward him. Standing before him was a rather rough and tough looking man, who seemed to be in a grim mood. The older gentleman asked this rather disgruntled man,” Is there something I can do for you, sonny?” The young man answered back, with an aggravated undertone, “I will be moving here next week and I was wondering, “How are the people, who live here?” “That’s an interesting question, my friend” but before I answer it, let me ask you a quick question, “What are the people like, where you come from?” The young man became increasingly agitated, while responding, “They are all out for themselves and the chances of running into someone nice, hardly ever happens”. “Oh, I see”, said the peaceful man, as he sent the traveler on his way, adding, “You will certainly come across the same type of people in this place”.
